Customers can choose to cancel an order within 24 hours (FOR PREPAID ORDERS) from the time of purchase. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, customers have the option to cancel the order during the confirmation call or within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, prepaid orders cannot be canceled. Upon cancellation, a refund will be initiated within 48-72 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
